First-year earning potential when goals are met: $140,000+

Flexible schedule. No office required. Training and mentorship available from day one.

Compensation: $109,500 - $192,400 yearly

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build strong relationships.
• Proven track record of being a self-starter, demonstrating initiative and motivation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, embracing new tools and strategies.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule to meet personal and professional goals.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple transactions and client interactions simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the local real estate market or a keen interest in learning about it quickly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers and sellers daily to build and maintain a robust client pipeline.
• Utilize proven scripts and tools to convert everyday conversations into signed agreements.
• Participate in weekly coaching sessions to enhance your skills and boost your confidence.
• Manage real estate transactions from initial contact through to successful closing.
